@bernardesarq designed the Casa Alemanha project, a residential program built by Inovali and arranged around a central garden rich in natural textures, embraced by a '7'-shaped structure divided into two volumes. It is located in the trendy Jardim Europa neighborhood, next to the iconic @mube_sp. Subtly positioned at the front of the 1,263 m² plot, the upper block of the facade is partially visible and wrapped in a wooden skin that offers privacy and comfort—architectural trademarks of Bernardes. The house opens onto a large central courtyard, where the living and leisure areas are located, blending the physical and visual boundaries between indoors and outdoors, with the garden taking center stage.
